Please follow the steps below to send us your frames.
Step 1: Package Your Frames Securely
To help ensure your frames arrive safely, we recommend:

Placing your frames in their case where possible

Wrapping the case or frames in bubble wrap or other protective padding

Using a sturdy box or padded envelope

Including your name and order number inside the package
Step 2: Send Your Frames
Please send your frames using a tracked postal service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent courier service. We recommend retaining your tracking number until your order has been completed.

Step 3: We'll Get to Work
Once your frames arrive, we'll carefully inspect them and begin the lens replacement process.
Our typical turnaround time is 7–10 working days from receipt of your frames, although many orders are completed sooner.
If we have any questions regarding your order, prescription or frame suitability, we'll contact you promptly.
Step 4: Tracked Return Delivery
Once your new lenses have been fitted and quality checked, we'll return your eyewear via tracked delivery.
You'll receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
