Premium Lens Replacement, Professional Lens Advice & Eyewear Restoration
At Lens Craft Studio, we believe great eyewear deserves a second life—and choosing the right lenses should never feel confusing.
Founded by Luke Baker BSc (Hons) MCOptom, a GOC-registered optometrist with over 25 years of experience in the optical profession, Lens Craft Studio was created to offer a more personal and professionally informed approach to replacement lenses.
Our mission is simple: to help customers keep the frames they love, understand their lens options and enjoy the benefits of high-quality replacement lenses chosen to suit their individual needs.
Based in Yorkshire and serving customers throughout the UK, we specialise in premium lens replacement, professional lens advice, designer eyewear restoration, prescription updates and sunglass lens upgrades.
Whether you own a treasured pair of Ray-Bans, a favourite Tom Ford frame, high-performance Oakleys or luxury designer eyewear, we can help you give your glasses a new lease of life.
Why We Started
Too many quality frames are discarded every year simply because the lenses have become scratched, damaged or no longer match the wearer's prescription.
At the same time, choosing replacement lenses has become increasingly complicated.
Different lens materials, coatings, varifocal designs, photochromic technologies and sunglass options can make it difficult to understand which lenses are genuinely right for you.
We saw an opportunity to do things differently.
Rather than encouraging customers to replace frames that may have years of life remaining—or expecting them to navigate complicated lens options alone—we wanted to create a service built around professional guidance, quality lens replacement and personal service.
The result is a more sustainable, informed and personal approach to eyewear.
Professional Expertise You Can Trust
Lens Craft Studio is founded on professional optical knowledge, experience and a commitment to high standards.
Our founder, Luke Baker BSc (Hons) MCOptom, is a UK Registered Optometrist and member of The College of Optometrists with more than 25 years of experience in eye care, optics and lens technology.
We understand that choosing the right lenses involves more than simply selecting a prescription.
Your frame, prescription, visual requirements, occupation, hobbies and lifestyle can all influence which lens solution may be most appropriate for you.
Unlike many online lens retailers, we don’t expect you to know exactly which lenses to choose. Every recommendation is based on professional optical advice from a UK Registered Optometrist, helping you make the right decision before you spend your money.
You don’t have to buy from us. Our job is simply to help you make the right decision.
How We Make Recommendations
Many customers know they need new lenses but aren’t sure which lenses they should choose.
Every recommendation uses our exclusive LensMatch™ assessment process to match your prescription, lifestyle and existing frames with the most suitable lens solution.
You provide your current spectacle prescription, photographs of your frames and information about how you use your glasses. Your information is then personally reviewed by Luke Baker BSc (Hons) MCOptom.
You’ll receive a personalised Professional Recommendation Report explaining which lens solution we recommend—and why.
Where appropriate, alternative options may also be explained so you can make an informed decision before purchasing your lenses.
If you subsequently order your recommended replacement lenses from Lens Craft Studio, the £29 consultation fee is deducted from your lens order.

Sustainability Matters
The most sustainable pair of glasses is the one you already own.
Quality frames can last for many years, yet thousands are discarded simply because the lenses are scratched, damaged or no longer suitable for the wearer's prescription.
By replacing lenses rather than entire frames, we help customers extend the lifespan of quality eyewear and reduce unnecessary waste.
Reglazing existing frames can help reduce the materials, manufacturing, packaging and transportation associated with replacing an entire pair of glasses.
It’s a simple idea, but one that can make a meaningful difference.
Our Approach
We are intentionally different from high-volume online lens retailers.
We don’t believe customers should be expected to navigate complicated lens options alone.
We also don’t believe the most expensive lens is automatically the best lens for every customer.
Our approach is built around professional guidance, quality products, careful workmanship and personal service.
Every frame sent to us is individually assessed and handled with care.
Every completed pair undergoes quality inspection before being securely returned to its owner.
Our focus is not on selling the cheapest lenses possible.
Our focus is on helping customers make informed choices and delivering eyewear they’ll be proud to wear again.
Restoring Frames. Helping You Choose Better. Preserving What Matters.
For many people, glasses are more than simply a necessity.
They’re part of your identity.
Whether it’s a favourite designer frame, a trusted everyday pair or sunglasses you’ve worn for years, we believe quality eyewear deserves to be preserved, not unnecessarily replaced.
And when the choice of replacement lenses becomes confusing, we believe you should be able to access professional guidance before spending your money.
That’s why Lens Craft Studio brings together professional optical advice, premium lens replacement and eyewear restoration in one specialist UK-wide service.
